                              RESOLUTION NO. 21699
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. 28F, INFLUENT RELIEF PUMP STATION, TO HAREN
                 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THEIR LOW BID OF TWO
                 MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
                 DOLLARS ($2,775,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 28F, Influent Relief Pump Station, to Haren 

       Construction Company for their low bid of $2,775,000.00.
